Our general philosophy at Soul Journeys is to eat real, raw, primarily plant-based, organic food as much as possible with a balance of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. We’re against refined sugar so that includes alcohol but moderation is the key. Above all, we encourage you to listen to your body and eat what feels right for you.
With this in mind, we’ve selected our favourite Queenstown Cafes and Restaurants that offer healthy, nutritious food by some of NZ’s top Chefs. Trust us, the food will be yummy.
Meals will include breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner. There will be vegetarian options for each meal. Alcohol will not be served except for Saturday night when you will be invited to mindfully relish 100ml of our local pinot noir or pinot gris. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements when you complete your booking form.
