“The Missing Peace”
One Day Guided Mini Re-Treat (9:00am to 3:30pm Monday, Wednesday or Friday)
This Soul Journey taster encourages you to take your foot off the accelerator, slow down, restore yourself and find the missing ‘peace’.
Your day begins at the Nadi Wellness Centre with a gentle yoga and breath connection class. Your Guide then takes you out into our majestic alpine environment to experience and practise mindfulness techniques. You return to Nadi for a veggie juice and one-hour conversational seminar that educates and supports you to integrate mindfulness and retreat into your daily life.

Bliss Me
“Bliss Me”
Half Day Mini Re-Treat – 4 hours (6:45am to 10:30am; or 12:15pm to 4pm)
The ultimate half-day retreat that is all about restoring you – body, mind and soul. Three blissful hours that have been designed to relax, reconnect and renew you.
A one-hour yoga session encourages you to slow right down and take a journey inwards – out of your mind onto the mat and into your body. Yoga enables you to slow right down gain more balance and strength, physically and mentally. More experienced yogis find that the practise becomes a doorway to the soulful inner self.
A 60 minute, one-to-one, life coaching session encourages you to build awareness, be more gentle with yourself and take greater self-care.
A one-hour massage with one of our qualified massage therapists leaves you feeling relax and restored – pure bliss!
